Car Alarms: locked up module, heat fans, box button

I just had an e-bay 2005 subaru delivered by transport yesterday. He jumped started the car to move it around during transport, and the whole center console cd/radio/air/heat/fans is locked up, no buttons work. I realize this is not an alarm issue, but you sounded like you may have heard of this? By the way 97 subaru alarm system sets off flashing parking lights on battery reinstall and wont shut off unless reset under dash on alarm box button, no advice in subaru book, but directions are on the frame by the battery!!!
