Car Alarms: How to disable my 1999 honda civic alarm?, alarmtek, wire colors

Question
I've had my car (1999 honda civic DX) for about 6 months and a little red light showing that my alarm is off has always been on, and i was happy with it. the other night i think i accidentally pressed the panic button on my car remote, and it seems to have activated the alarm, and i  cant make it turn off!

I've tried your method off holding the valet button within five seconds putting the car right before ignition, but the light will only turn solid for a moment, and there is no  chirp and no effect, i cant turn the alarm off! and no matter what i do, the alarm will arm itself within 30 second of me leaving the car, whether I've locked it or not!

i live in a very quiet safe town, and i don't want an alarm, it annoys me, how do i get rid of it, or just set it to it's old standby?
