Car Alarms: K9 Eclipse Controller Display Issues, car jack, k9

Question
Got a k9 Eclipse Alarm today. One with the 5 button controllers with display and all. Initially everything seemed to be working fine. Car is a 97 Mirage btw. But now the controller only reads DISARM with unlock icon. The system still arms and disarms but this is not shown on the controller. it only says DISARM. What could be the fault here? If the alarm is triggered as well, the controller doesn't display what caused it to trigger I.E. hood, door , car jack, and it was doing all this. Plz help!!!

I unfortunately don't know the
system you are working with to advise
you properly on it's functions,
features or trouble shooting
information. Better to check with a tech
that might.
