Car Alarms: car alarm problem, mercedes c220, car alarm installation

Question
hi, i have a 95 mercedes c220 and i installed an ungo s670 alarm system into it.  i bought the alarm system about 1.5 years ago and just now finally got around to installing it.  now that i have all the wires connected that i want connected i decided to test it out and i cannot get the alarm to disarm.  when i connected the battery cable the alarm went off and i could not turn it off with my remotes.  so i removed the battery cable and rechecked everything.

the alarm is connected properly, well since it is armed constantly i can check to see if it works.  the alarm alarms if i open my doors, if i turn the ignition switch on, if the on board knock sensor gets jarred, ect.  i have not been able to get the power locks to work since i cannon change the setting to 3.5 sec pulses since its always alarming and i noticed the remote does not communicate with the alarm.

however in the manual there is a way to disarm without the remotes and i tried that, however the alarm did not shut off.  i am unable to disarm the vehicle, and i noticed that the remote always indicates that it is out of range of the brain even when its next to it, and when the alarm is alarming, the two way remote doesnt indicate what is alarming.

i believe my problem is with the communication of the remote and the alarm however both the instruction manual and the owners manual dont cover this problem.  any advice or other suggestions?  thanks in advance.  i dont know what to do now except for take the brain apart and troubleshoot.
