Car Alarms: Car Alarms, jeep cherokee, viper 300

Question
I have a '93 Jeep Cherokee with a viper 300 series car alarm. Just recently the alarm has been going off for no reason. I have witnessed it happen and there seems to be no reason what so ever for the alarm to go off. It has become such a problem that I have to disconnect the car battery when not in use. I have looked at the wiring and it is way to confusing to figure out. If it is too hard to fix I just want to disconnect it or just make the alarm never go off for I reside in an area that does not need it. Thank you very very much.
