Car Alarms: After market locking device, car alarm installation, alarmtek

I bought a 2007 Chevrolet Trailblazer. The dealer sold it to me w/ some kind of aftermarket locking device. You have to push the unlock button on the door to start the ignition. What is this device called and how do i turn it off my vehicle?
