Car Alarms: Civic 05 Car alarm and central locking wont work/keyfob problem, keyfobs, resync

Hi,
I have a standard factory fitted in my UK Honda civic 05. The battery went completely dead a few weeks ago and one of the keyfobs stopped working. Two days ago my battery went dead again and the car was jump started, and now the other fob stopped working. I took it to a Honda garage and they said that the fobs wouldn't resync and then they took it in for 30mins, charged me £50 and said they found nothing wrong and could be a problem with a module. Does any one have any other ideas on what is wrong? I'm completely stuck, where can i find the fuse to atleast let me disable the alarm?
