Car Alarms: audiovox remote starter, resident technicians, ford 250

Question
i have an audiovox pursuit transmitter model pro-oe4bs remote starter in my ford 250 and when i push the button to start it it turns over but it does not start my truck ... i looked everywhere for the schematic diagram and could not find it  what could be the problem here ??? and do you know where i could find the diagram for this if needed  ??
