Car Alarms: alarm acts funny, valet mode, wrong joe

about last month i had an alarm installed. it is a pretty basic alarm. the problem is it seems like in cold or wet weather, the alarm will set itself while i am driving. i am also having a problem where the dashboard led is on steady and the alarm won't make any sound.

INSTALLED WRONG JOE. THE INSTALLER NEEDS TO RE DO THE IGNITION
SENSING WIRE AND IT'S ALSO IN OVERRIDE/VALET MODE FROM THE
"LED ON STEADY" COMMENT.

TAKE IT BACK AND OR TO A GOOD INSTALLER FOR
INSPECTION AND WIRE RE ALIGNMENT.
