hi every time i lock my car with the key fob and set the alrm it beeps 3 times then the alarm starts to go off ive bin told to chnge the batery in the fob done that but still goes of

it's more likely "reading" an open circuit.
Check the dome light switch for a delay.
If it has one, then turn it off, or reset
the feature setting in the alarm to allow
for a 1 min arming routine so the dome light
goes out PRIOR to arming the alarm.

Try waiting until the dome goes out, then
arm it to see if you still have this issue.
It's called current sensing.
