Car Alarms: 2002 chev tahoe alarm problem, chev tahoe, remote keyless entry

My battery died. after recharging, the alarm system went off.(Horn,lights)..The remote keyless entry lock unlock is unaffected..The panic alarm works, simultaneously with the factory alarm.???weird..What to do? Also, it does stop after drving..Pass lock system unaffected. Any insight? Thanx..
