Car Alarms: python 1401 auto start, keyless entry systems, car alarms

I had the python 1401 keyless entry with auto start installed last week.  I have to disconnect the battery tomorrow to change out the alternator. Will it affect the programming of the python system? I have change a few settings, such as run time and programmed the function button to my personal settings. Will any of the be affected by disconnecting the battery?
