Car Alarms: Remote starter for 2004 Sienna XLE, toyota sienna xle, toyota sienna

I have a 2004 Toyota Sienna XLE and am looking for a reasonably priced remote starter.  What would be the best one for my van and what other parts do I need. (i.e. bypass modules) I also have learned that there is a chip in the key that is needed to start the car.  How do I get past this problem?

You will need a bypass for the immobilizer yes,
but there are quite a few choices for sure.
