Car Alarms: 2005 Lincoln ls alarm, lincoln ls, amed

I have a problem with my alarm it does lock the dors and beeps and unlocks fine its justs when its amed i can open the door and it wont go off, plus when i statr the caer my parking lights flash 3 or four times.
