Car Alarms: No remote .Car wont start HELP, clifford matrix, keyless entry systems

HI THERE ! CHANGED BATTERY ON CAR FRIDAY EVE. DROVE ON SATURDAY USING THE DODGE KEYFOB.CAME HOME MONDAY BLUE LED STARTS FLASHING AND STARTS CHIRPING 4 OR 5 TIMES .YESTURDAY GO TO DRIVE AND IS CHIRPING DOWN THE ROAD COME BACK TO SEE IF I COULD DO THE VALET THING. THEN WHEN I GET BACK INTO THE CAR IT GOES WILD (SIREN)AND WONT START IT IS A CLIFFORD MATRIX AND I JUST LOST THE CLIFFORD KEY FOB. I ALWAYS PRETTY MUCH USE THE DODGE KEY. AM I DOOMED. ALSO I DID THE VALET THING AND IT STOPPED HONKING  BUT THE LED LIGHT IS OFF .THANK YOU SO MUCH
