Car Alarms: ALARM KEY LOST-VIPER SYSTEM, viper alarm system, keyless entry systems

Question
I lost my alarm key, the car is a 1994 Honda Prelude and has had the alarm for about 10 years now, I would say.

It has the viper alarm system, don't know the model though.

It's programmed to lock the car after 30 secs automatically. I haven't been able to start it for the past 2 weeks (it is pretty much a spare car).

I need the remote alarm key in order to open the car (otherwise it would, of course, go off forever!). I do have the key-key too.

I've been looking online in different sites where to get the remote, but I'm not really sure if I can reprogram an existing system to a new remote. If so, how?  I don't have the FCC number, and in order to get the remote circuit board number or the security key code I have to get IN the car to get them.

Is there a way to disconnect the alarm and then connect it back again with the new remote?

Please help!!!!!!

Thank you.
