Car Alarms: clifford remote start., keyless entry systems, keyless entry system

i bought a used car and it has a clifford remote start/keyless entry system.. i am trying to find a book owners manual for the system i have and also looking for someone in my area that is familiar with the service and insatllation of this system. i am not an expert about this system but i know it is not working as it should and it is erratic and causes the car to do things that woulsnt be caused by any other component on the car...
