Car Alarms: Alarm dilema, nissan altima, fuel rail

Question
Greetings, my wife's car(Nissan Altima-2000)has 2 alarms, factory and aftermarket, unfortunately, it seems that the factory is preventing the car from starting, either with the remote or with with doing it manually. My brother who is an installer of alarms seems to think that it might be that there is a glitch with the transponder and believes that the keys needs to be reprogram. What gives, I thinking about contacting Nissan and going to the nearest dealer to have it done(reprogrammed)

Answer
That's best. Have Nissan evaluate it.
If going bad, now is the time to catch it and
repair the system from shutting down the fuel rail.

To be sure, put the after market into over ride mode
for 24 hours to see if the factory system is the culprit,
or if an after market starter kill relay inline
is to blame.

Stay in touch.
