Car Alarms: trc alarm, installation manuals, trc

Is there a place to get an owners manual for trc alarms online. I want to know how to select a mode that it wont arm itself if I lock the doors with the key. Or better still a mode that just uses the lock unlock with no alarm. Is this a possibility? Thanks for your help.
