Car Alarms: Car Battery dead/ cannot disable alarm, honda accord, car battery

Question
Hello:
I have a 2002 Honda Accord SE V6 - I left both of the over head lights on over
the weekend. When I tried to use my remote entry to unlock the doors, none
of the buttons on the remote would work. When I tried to start the car, I
realized that the batteries were completely dead.  My husband jump started
the car and the car alarm would not stop.  We also noticed that the stereo is
asking for a code to re-set it.  We feel that the car thinks that it is being
stolen and has gone into security/ theft mode because the battery died.  No
matter what we do -the alarm will not go off.  As soon as we shut the car off
the horn continues to sound unitl the battery dies again. The car did start
after we jump-started it but only if my husband's car was running.

Also, my husband cannot find the fuse for the horn.  He cannot find it
anywhere in the manual?? Please help!!

thanks,
Carla
