Car Alarms: VIPER ALARM, support inquiry, start the car

I have a viper alarm with remote start, the car starts then shuts off within 5 seconds, it just started doing this after the alarm was disabled while the car was in for service. Is there something I have to do to prevent it from shutting off right away
