Car Alarms: Car Alarm - Prime Start, resident technicians, padlock

Hi, in 2004, i had an alarm installed on my car called Prime Start. /4 button Alarm. Unfortunately that is all i know about it. Its black, and has an unlock padlock and a lock padlock then two diff sized buttons with # on them. I have accidently put it to silent so my alarm doesnt beep when i arm it. I am wondering if you know the buttons well enough to assist me? I did not receive a manual when i purchased it! Thanks a lot.

my resident technicians there can assist
with this project.

I unfortunately don't know the
system you are working with to advise
you properly on it's functions,
features, or trouble shooting
information. Better to check with a tech
that might.
