Car Alarms: Total alarm removal, alarmtek, wire colors

Hi, I bought 6 months ago a 1991 Miata with a Crimestopper # CS9500 alarm.  I do not want and don not need this alarm.  I want to totally remove/disable it from my Miata.  How do I do this?  Is there a wiring diagram showing which wires to remove?  Thanks in advance.
