Car Alarms: Code Alarm starter triggers panic alarm, code alarm remote starter, honda oddesy

My Code Alarm Remote Starter has been activating the panic alarm on our 2001 Honda Oddesy the past few weeks. I was told to replace the batteries in the remotes. I swapped the Code Alarm remote and the Honda remote batteries and it still happens. It has been working fine for almost 2 years now. What can I look at?
