why does my hood trunk keep blinking on my key pad

Answer
Well, it means that that zone is open.

There is a wire that "reads" the pin switch
under hood.

If this is reading on all the time,
I suggest you take the hood/trunk
sensor wire from the ALARM and ground it,
or unground it, depending on which works to
eradicate the hood open signal showing on your
transmitter.
