Car Alarms: Remote Start Problem, passkey iii, passlock bypass

Hi there.  I have installed 2 remote start kits on my 2 ford vehicles.  I now just recently purchased the same kit to put on my 2000 Grand Prix GT.  I'm having problems though.  Its all hooked up with a bypass installed but it doesn't remote start everytime.  Sometimes it will start if your located in front of the car and push the start button, sometimes from the back, but not both.  Also will start from inside the car with the remote but not outside.  I have replaced the antenna, but no luck.  Have checked all the settings and no luck there either.  It will start via remote if the vehicle has been recently running, but then if you wait a half hour or so and try again no luck.  All other functions work (lock, unlock, but then push remote start and nothing.  Not even the park lights flash for diagnostics.  I am very tech and car savy and i have tried everything!  I'm now asking for help!  Also this car has Passkey III on it.  
One last question.  I need to hook up the locks (they are (-) but i have tried the wires in my diagram and no luck.  Light blue and white.  There are about 3 of each though, so any idea where to find these wires, and why they won't work?  The remote start uses a (-) pulse as well, but won't seem to unlock or lock them.  Checked power to the wires on remote start and they are outputting correctly.  I appreciate any help!  Thanks, Tyler

Does not sound like you have a good passlock bypass kit
there. I don't know what this issue is without inspecting it,
but from the description, it sounds as if the bypass is not
sending the proper signal all the time.
