Car Alarms: 2003 Camry alarm light blinking, toyota service, flashing light

Question
My 2003 Camry battery died (probably because I left a light on for a week).  After jump starting the car, the red LED light (which I believe is the alarm indicator) blinks twice every second whereas it blinked only once periodically before with longer period.  Is there any issue leaving it like this and how do I reset it?

Hard to say if it's the Factory system
You'd need to talk to the folks at the
Toyota service dept. on this one.

If it's after market, eventually the
system will eith be reset, or would
cause a problem.

Not certain which you are reffering to.
But if you see nothing but the flashing light and
not other reactions, I would not sweat it.
