Car Alarms: K9 classic remote stopped working, bmw 318, best solution

I just bought a bmw 318 last month which has a K9 classic remote..the remote can lock, unlock, start the engine and lower the drivers window. It was working fine until a few days back when it stopped working...the battery is fine and the remote is working but the car is not responding to it. Could you guide me as to what would be the best solution to solve this problem?

technician at scadss@tmail.com and see if
he can assist you with this issue.

I unfortunately don't know the
system you are working with to advise
you properly on it's functions,
features or trouble shooting
information. Better to check with a tech
that might.
