Car Alarms: problems with Cobra 3865 alarm, unwanted alarms, resident technicians

I have a Cobra3865-alarm on my Toyota. It's equiped with immobilliser and the original remote control key of Toyota. When I unlock the doors, sometimes the sirene will sound. I've tried to reset the alarm by pressing the button with the red LED for 5 seconds after inserting the key in the ignition. But I still have unwanted alarms.

I've also reset the immobilliser by inserting the key in the ignition en then 4 times pressing the red LED button. This was advised by Toyota-dealer. This did reset the immobilliser.

I want to know what's the procedure for a full reset of the alarmsystem. I don't want unwanted alarms anymore.
