Car Alarms: 1999 Toyota Camry, siren system, toyota camry

Hi my husband just lost our 2nd and last key fob to our 1999 Toyota Camry.  We still have all the keys.  Is there a way we can deactivate the alarm or do we have to go to the dealer to get a new fob?

The trouble here is that I am unsure of just what
alarm system you are dealing with.

There are different steps to take for each.

There is a limited keyless entry/horn honking/
head light flashing system and then you may
also have a flashing hazard light, 6 tone siren system
that also does the door locks and has starter kill
as an option.

Can you tell me which?
