Car Alarms: Progamming a NEW Car remote, compu star, acura legend

Hi i jave an Acura legend 92 .I recently bought it and the old owner gave me a new Auto security remote,the car is already installed with one remote but the display is broken.So he gave me a new remote my question is who do i prgram the new one to work fully with it.

It is a Auto security Compu Star Auto 2w8000fmr(3000)
