Car Alarms: 2001 Chrysler Town & Country LXi alarm, chrysler town, alarm systems

We just purchased a 2001 Town & Country yesterday, and after we got home the alarm started going off repeatedly, at least 4 times.  The key fob was just sitting on the table.  Is there some way to disarm the alarm?  I ended up pulling the horn fuse and leaving the doors unlocked, since it was 2 am, and we didn't want the neighbors calling the police.
