Car Alarms: prestige aps-787 not remote starting, resident technicians, alarm starter

I installed the aps-787 alarm/starter on a 98 escort about a year ago.  It worked fine until recently, it wont start the car with the remotes. It acts like it doesn't see the signal, no park lights or the module doesn't click.  Both fobs that i have still arm/disarm the alarm and pop the trunk.  I pulled the fuses to the module for a few hours to see if it would reset it. Any help will be appreciated, THANKS.

with this project. I don't know enough
on this system to advise you properly.
