QUESTION: i have a stock alarm how do i turn down the sensitivity if any way possible.

is it a siren & parking lights flashing?

Can you bump the car and have it sound the siren?

QUESTION: when i lock it two seconds latter it goes off and yellow flshers go off and the horn. its a code tel or sumthin like that also it a loud ca or truck dives by 3 steers over it will go off

Not stock. No factory system comes with a shock/vibration sensor.
Locate the blinking (rd-green) box wire tied under the dash area.
This would be a shock sensor and either unplug it or,
there will be a setting wheel to turn up or down.
