Car Alarms: F150 will not deactivate and cannot set valet mode, valet mode, resident technicians

Question
I have a 2003 F150 with an alarm installed by the dealer when I purchased it new.  I've had no problems with the alarm until today.  The alarm will not deactivate.  When the alarm would not respond to the remote, I disconnected the battery, finally I removed the horn's fuse so I (and my neighbors) didn't have to continue to listen to the horn.  After reconnecting the battery, I tried putting the ignition in the on position and pressing the alarm reset button, however the alarm light continues to flash rapidly and the truck will not start -- as if the starter kill is engaged.  The truck responds to the remote lock and unlock buttons, I also tried locking and unlocking the truck with the physical key.  Neither of these worked.  I tried all of these actions in both Park and Neutral, without any success.  Any help would be appreciated.

Answer
Nope, sorry.
On this one, the best thing here is
to go to my installers forum at
www.installsupport.com and see if
my resident technicians there can assist
with this project. I don't know enough
on this system to advise you properly.

Good luck there.
