Car Alarms: hyundia elantra, hyundai elantra, resident technicians

Question
I have a 06 hyundai elantra with the theft alarm system installed 99% of the time it works perfect but every once in a while it will not let me turn the key in the ignition, no matter how many times I de activate the alarm.after about 15 minutes all of a sudden it will work fine. I bought the car used and really dont know all the ins and out of the system. any help would be appreciated.

my resident technicians there can assist
with this project. I don't know enough
on this system to advise you properly.
