Car Alarms: Car wont start, mitsubishi fto, keyless entry systems

Question
Hi, i have a problem with my Mitsubishi FTO. It has a Clifford alarm, not sure what model but the key remote has two buttons, and i has recently changed the head unit. When i was removing the head unit it had two earthing wires (black) attached to the screw on the bracket of the head unit. Once i had reconnected the wires the car wont start, the lights come on in the dash but the immobilizer wont let me start the car, it just makes a clicking sound. Please could you tell me how to reset the alarm.
