Car Alarms: Clifford Concept 50 - Stopping me from starting my car, keyless entry systems, car alarms

I can't start my car, I believe the immobiliser on my Clifford Concept 50 has stopped letting power to my starter motor. I can't find the rocker switch, and I don't know how else I would be able to disable the immobiliser. Please help me!
