Car Alarms: Keyless issues with Sienna, car alarm systems, toyota sienna

Question
I have a 99 Toyota Sienna and was given ezsdei474p python remote fobs to operate. It works well on locking and opening the doors. But i can't seem to get the indicators or mild honk indicating locking or unlocking. Honk does not work. The fob also has AUX button which does not work.
Can anyone help me in programing to get most of this transmitter and the fob?
