Car Alarms: Toyota Rav4 2005 non-original alarm, toyota rav4 2005, car alarm systems

I bought a second hand Toyota Rav4 2005, with a non original alarm system. The original keyless system still works but it does not arm or disarm the alarm, only the extra remote control. I just cahged battery to the new remote and it does nos work anymore and the car was armed just before the new battery, so I can open it and drive it, but the alarm does not go off.
1) Can I program the original remote with the new alarm system
2) How do I make the new remote usefull after battery replacement
3) The new 2-button remote reads "CYBER E-FC". What is the brand? I neew the manual.
