Car Alarms: Hyundai keyless entry, valet mode, leg area

Question
My remote entry won't open the door.  I used the key(alarm didn't go off) but it did disable the car when I tried to start it.  I still can't get the remote to open the door.  How do I circumvent the system to start the car?

Answer
It's after market, so look around for the valet/reset
switch. Probably located under the dash to the left
leg area.

Try to reset the system to bring back the keyless.

To try to reset it,
turn on the ignition key, press and hold in the button (little
spring loaded micro button, red or black possibly)
until the alarm chirps 1 time. This should over ride
the system.

The LED (light emiting diode) light in the dash
should also go on solid.=VALET/OVERIDE

This resets the alarm except. Once in Valet mode,
it will allow the car to start and operate
like there was no alarm at all.

repeat the steps to go back to the alternate mode when reset.

Let me know if this worked for you.
