Car Alarms: Disconnect Sidewinder 5000 alarm, keyless entry systems, toyota celica

I have a 1998 Toyota Celica and would like to disconnect the Sidewinder 5000 alarm.  The car is garaged a lot and the alarm keeps running down the battery.
