Car Alarms: Karr Security Systems, jeep grand cherokee, karr security systems

I bought a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee and had a Karr System installed. After about three weeks, I went to open the car with my remote. The system went off and I couldn't shut it off. I turned the system off by disabling it with the Valet switch. How can I reset it to operate correctly
