Car Alarms: Remote starter wont work after battery died, fcc id, remote starter

Question
Killed the battery in my optra 2004 then my remote start would not connect at all.  I purchased it through Best Buy I am not sure of the make it has a car on the lcd screen and the number on the back is FCC ID:NAHRLCD4.  Hope this helps.  Best buy says they have to reset it...problem is the car will not start with out the remote unlocking the doors and boosting doesn't work either.  Can you tell me how to reset it ourselves.  The best buy people say it only takes a couple of minutes....urghhh!

Answer
Sorry, I don't offer that info here
on DEI equipment.

I refer these folks to either my forum
at www.installsupport.com or, I even have a
couple of guys at sales@tampacaralarms.com
or, ctursi@optonline.net , who might be able
to offer some insight.

Both good guys and they will treat
you right.
