Car Alarms: williams clio cobra alarm, williams clio, cobra alarm

Hi i have a cobra fitted as standard to my clio. was sat for 2 hours the other day in the car, alarm beeped 2 within that time. drove for around 10 min and car just cut out, no clue this was gona happen wotsoever. left it half hour and started up perfect, drove for 4-5 min and cut out again, did this till i got home! next day car started fine, drove around block 4-5 times, fine! next day nuthing, just wouldnt start at all. been trying ever since, with different variations, of using the alarm key in the top of the actual box, using fob and the little tongle switch under the glove box. doesnt seem to be any thing else thats gone wrong, everything working in car, wipers, heaters, stereo so dont think its the battery. any ideas pleeeeaseee
