Car Alarms: 2006 Subaru Impreza 2.5i - Lost Alarm Remote!!!, 2006 subaru impreza, resident technicians

Help!
I misplaced my alarm remote, and as the local dealership is no longer in
business, I need a temporary fix until I can get to the nearest one.
Right now I'm hitting the auto lock button from the inside when I get out of
the car, but every time I unlock the door manually the alarm goes off and
won't stop until the engine starts (and the engine won't start right away ...
usually have to wait 20 seconds).  I also tried manually locking each door from
the inside, but then the trunk is left unlocked (and I don't know how to
manually lock it).
Any suggestions on how to lock all 4 doors and the trunk without setting off
the alarm every time I manually unlock the door?

to go to my installers forum at
www.installsupport.com and see if
my resident technicians there can assist
with this project. I don't know enough
on this system to advise you properly.
