Car Alarms: programing my checkmate remote, joe cassidy, transmitter programming

Question
I have a 01 Toyota with a checkmate alarm system, 1 remote works fine the other one needs to be programmed for my car and I have no ideal how to do it. It has a lock, unlock, A, & B buttons on it how do I marry it to my car.

Unfortunately, you must have missed the
