Car Alarms: toyota cameray 93 or95, wire colors, nice night

Question
My step-son has a cameray and it has taken to stalling when he is driving it so I would like to fix the alarm or remove it from the car.

I removed the in fuse to the alarm and the car no longer stalls but I am worried for his safety.

Any thought or direction you can lead would be appreciated.  I am reasonalby hand with tools.
