Car Alarms: 1993 Mazda MX-6 alarm, mazda mx 6, factory security

I have a 1993 MX-6 Mazda and the factory security alarm is malfunctioning and I want to disable it altoghether. What can I unplug or do to totally disable the system.

However from my experience,
there is 50 50 shot of the trouble coming from
an after market device.

I needed to see what you were experiencing
to properly answer the question with a solution
to safely disable which ever device you were
dealing with, but I understand.
