Car Alarms: automate car alarrm, resident technicians, rear hatch

dude just bought a car and the remote worked fine locking and unlocking doors but tonight it wouldnt work right the lock button wont work and the unlock button pops the rear hatch  the aux button also pops the hatch its an automate alarm fcc id ezsdei476 what should i do thank you
